Job Description
I'm looking for a Floor Layer for a social housing contract working on properties in the Sandwell area. The work will be in tenanated social housing properties and the Floor layer will have to:
* Install full floors (flat lay vinyl, laminate, carpet)
* Cap and cove with your own welder
* Complete day to day repairs
* Liaise with tenants and other trades
I am interested in speaking to a Floor layer who:
* Has experience working on social housing contracts
* Holds a full UK Driving Licence
* Has his own Van
In return, the Floor layer will receive:
* £220-240 per day
* 37-40 hours a week
* Mileage cover
* Ongoing contract
