Working one-to-one and in small groups, you’ll help learners build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Commit to a full-time, long-term position, offering consistency and stability for pupils. Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND. A caring, flexible, and proactive approach to learning support. Ability to provide references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check.
