What You'll Do
* Support the branch in meeting and exceeding Gross Profit targets.
* Build and manage client and candidate relationships.
* Source, screen, interview and manage offers for candidates.
* Engage in business development activities.
* Balance sales and negotiation in recruitment.
* Understand recruitment legislation and compliance.
* Leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing.
* Drive business development to grow margins across Temp and Perm revenues.
* Identify and convert prospective clients, growing your desk in line with targets.
