The team takes pride in delivering quality service and maintaining strong financial systems that keep our business running smoothly. We’re now looking for a motivated Finance Administrator to join our busy accounts department and support our ongoing success.
The Role:
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play an important part in keeping our financial operations organised and efficient. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks and providing administrative support to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and on time
*
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving account queries
*
Assisting with credit control and maintaining up-to-date records
*
Supporting month-end and year-end processes
*
Maintaining accurate and organised financial documentation
*
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
*
General administrative duties as required
About You:
*
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role- AAT level 2 as a minimum to be considered
*
Good understanding of basic accounting processes
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Sage, or similar)
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Able to work independently and as part of a team
