An award-winning Legal 500 firm is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor to its Sheffield office. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a respected team, flexibility in hours and high-quality work across a broad private client caseload.
The role:
You'll be part of a well-established and multi-accredited department, handling a range of private client matters including:
\t
* Wills and Probate
\t
* Estate Administration
\t
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
\t
* Trusts and Trust Administration
\t
* Inheritance Tax and associated Tax Returns
You’ll be joining a team that values technical excellence and client care, with opportunities to get involved in business development and mentoring junior staff if desired.
What the firm is looking for:
\t
* At least 5 years’ experience in private client work, particularly trusts, wills and estate planning
\t
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
\t
* A strong technical skill set and a detail-oriented approach
\t
* STEP membership (or working towards it) is desirable, but not a dealbreaker
