Global Director, Digital & AI Business Partner
The Global Director, Digital & AI Business Partner is the conduit and single point of contact between Digital & AI and the wider organization Global Business Units, functional areas. This role is accountable for demand management, strategic alignment and roadmaps for a specific portfolio Commercial, Global Quality & Operations, Technology & Innovation. Working with senior stakeholders you will review the five-year strategic plans each year to identify anything that might need support from Digital & AI. The Global Director, Digital & AI Business Partner will craft this demand into technology deliverables with clear value metrics. They work with Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts to produce initial size, scope and costs to facilitate senior decision making for proposed initiatives, ensuring alignment with Digital & AI strategy and existing Enterprise Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leaders to shape Digital & AI demand aligned to business strategy
2. Own portfolio roadmaps, business cases, and SteerCo‑level governance
3. Translate complex needs into clear, value‑focused technology initiatives
4. Oversee delivery, risk, and benefit realisation across global programmes
5. Act as a trusted advisor on emerging Digital & AI capabilities.
Skills & Experience:
6. Senior Digital / Technology leader with 10+ years’ experience
7. Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence
8. Proven track record delivering global transformation and measurable value
9. Experience in regulated environments (MedTech / Pharma preferred)
10. Broad exposure to enterprise platforms ( SAP, QMS, CRM, MES).
Qualifications/Education:
11. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field
12. Agile/Scrum (CSM) Certification – preferred
13. Project / Program management training or certification – preferred degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
This is a remote role, linked to our office in Paddington, London or Deeside/Manchester office in the UK
