Who We’re Looking For
We’reseeking ambitious, curious individuals who are excited to learn, collaborate, and make a difference. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values fresh perspectives and bold ideas.
To be eligible, you’ll need to:
1. Be currently enrolled in a university degree programme, and eligible for an placement
2. Be available for a 12-month placement starting Summer 2026
3. Be able to commute to your assigned office location (up to five days per week)
4. Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements)

We offer three tailored pathways to match your strengths and interests:
Technical Pathway
5. Studying a STEM subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
6. Strong analytical thinking and a passion for problem-solving
7. Eagerness to explore emerging technologies and software development
Project Management Pathway
8. Studying Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
9. Excellent organisational and communication skills
10. A proactive mindset and attention to detail in planning and delivery
Business Pathway
11. Studying Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline
12. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
13. Interest in how digital solutions drive business transformation
