Location: Newton Mearns
Contract: Part-time
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team in our Newton Mearns store. If you enjoy meeting people, handling administrative tasks, and creating a calm, professional client experience, we’d love to hear from you.
This role involves welcoming clients into the clinic, so a warm, approachable manner and good local knowledge of Newton Mearns and surrounding areas would be a real advantage.
Responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting patients
* Handling telephone queries and appointment bookings
* Diary management, payment processing and stock control
* Supporting with general administration
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial
* Friendly, professional communication skills
* Some knowledge of data protection and confidentiality practices
* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn – full training is provided
