Responsibilities: • Ensuring all quotes and sales orders are processed quickly and to the highest possible standard of customer service • Dealing with customer complaints and resolving customer issues the most efficient way possible • General and administrative tasks, such as; booking goods in, allocating backlogs to customers, chasing late deliveries, raising and resolving delivery and stock discrepancies • Addressing customer debit notes and invoice inquiries If you are an experienced Administrator, used to working in a fast paced and varied environment, please apply now!
