Responsibilities
* Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey
* Deliver care that is compassionate, seamless, and expert
* Work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values
Qualifications
* Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (ideally within healthcare)
* Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to show genuine compassion in every interaction
* A detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to patient experience and satisfaction

Location & Working Hours
We're based at Care Fertility Tunbridge Wells, Amberley House, 9 Queen's Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL. You will work between 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.
