National Account Manager, Beauty (UK/IR)
About the Job
* Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to drive growth across the existing beauty brand portfolio.
* Take full ownership of the P&L for the UK/IR market and provide oversight for sales performance in the wider EU region.
* Lead and manage all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Wholesale, and Distributor networks.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, deliver monthly sales reports, and conduct in-depth performance analysis.
* Initiate and lead strategic business development projects to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and distribution partners across all channels.
* Drive both sell-in and sell-out performance to increase market share and optimize revenue growth.
* Partner with trade marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
* Strengthen brand positioning by identifying new growth opportunities, increasing awareness, and improving profit margins.
* Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and expand the product portfolio in alignment with market trends and business goals.
About You
* FMCG Background, Personal Care industry is preferred
* Well understanding in customer’s needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector
* Good business relationship with local retailers
* Well analytical skills, project leading experience is a must
* Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player
* Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
* Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
