Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and executing all actions regarding staff costs planning
* Supporting business goals and decision making, contributing to evolution of the staff cost community, and driving local and global transformation strategies.
* Collaborating with HR to drive optimisation of workforce planning and resource allocation
* Liaising with HR Directors and Managers, working closely with the finance team to guarantee accurate data on staff costs to support the business.
Requirements:
* 5+ years Financial Controlling/FP&A
* Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or alternative planning software
* Experience in budgeting/forecasting staff costs within a large international company
