About the Role: We’re looking for a highly creative and commercially aware Senior Graphic Designer to join Oh Polly on a maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across all channels, delivering standout creative that resonates with our global, social-first audience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a high-growth ecommerce environment and has a strong eye for trend-led fashion content. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-impact creative across digital, social, email, and print. Support the execution of weekly campaigns, product launches, and brand moments. Maintain and evolve Oh Polly’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and social teams to deliver best-in-class creative. Contribute to creative concepts and campaign ideation, bringing fresh, trend-led ideas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, reactive environment. Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. Skills & Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced fashion or beauty ecommerce environment. Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, social-led design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines. A strong eye for layout, typography, and trend-led design. Experience working within a high-growth, DTC brand is highly desirable. What's on offer?
