Pax8 is looking for an empathetic Enablement Programs Manager who does more than just deliver training sessions. This role acts as a translator between sales and supporting departments, ensuring sales teams have everything they need to succeed—not just in the classroom, but every day in the field. You’ll integrate critical information from various teams, track effectiveness, and create a seamless enablement experience that drives measurable impact.

Designing Enablement Programs – Develop, implement, and track the success of enablement programs based on sales team needs.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Ensure smooth communication between sales and supporting departments to align strategies.
Drive Salesforce Adoption - support the implementation and use of Salesforce showing why it matters and how it makes us more successful.
Building PowerPoint Resources – Develop and update PowerPoint presentations for training and enablement programs.
Managing SharePoint – Maintain and organize the SharePoint site, ensuring all enablement materials and documentation are accessible and up to date.
You Are Ideal For Us If You Have
Sales Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message (COM), MEDDIC, or similar.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is highly desirable
Salesforce Hands On Experience Preferred
PowerPoint Mastery: Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in PowerPoint, to create engaging and effective training materials.
Enablement Program Design: Proven experience designing, implementing, and tracking the impact of sales enablement programs.
Training & Facilitation skills: A track record of leading engaging training sessions, keeping teams attentive, and ensuring knowledge retention.
SharePoint Knack: Experience in organizing and maintaining a structured SharePoint site for enablement content.
Keen Eye for Detail & Process Documentation: You excel at keeping programs organised and have a strong attention to detail.
You’ll be responsible for documenting the programs we’re working on, ensuring that processes are clear, consistent, and easily replicable.
Experience with Learning Platforms: You’ve used learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms to reinforce training and support ongoing learning.
You understand the importance of creating continuous learning loops and driving engagement through on-demand content and assessments to ensure that key training is not only absorbed
but retained and applied.
To fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
