This multi-award-winning scale-up offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights Operator who is passionate about data and innovation. You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights.
What will my accountabilities be?
* Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, shaping and scaling frameworks for insight innovation.
* Act as the bridge between Insights and Data teams, translating between analysts and developers.
* Manage senior relationships with FMCG brands to ensure client impact.
* Develop capabilities and scalability for insights development, testing, and sharing.
A great candidate will have:
️ Experience in data-driven roles within FMCG or Market Research.
️ Mastery of data analysis, survey methodology, and storytelling.
️ Technical knowledge in statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
️ Ambition and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking is a plus.
️ Leadership and influencing skills, with experience collaborating with clients at local, regional, and global levels.
