We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and student-focused team at a specialist school in Havant, catering for boys aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

What You’ll Be Doing as a SEMH Teaching Assistant:
Supporting the delivery of a personalised, broad curriculum
Assisting students with emotional regulation and modelling positive behaviours
Helping young people build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to meet individual EHCP targets
Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
