Overview
Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and flexible Primary Teachers for long-term roles within partner schools across Burgess Hill. Hours: Part-time or Full-time. Contract Type: Fixed Term (One Term, Two Terms, or Full Academic Year).
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils in your class.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility.
* Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s progress and well-being.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching at the primary level is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
