The Role This is a step-up opportunity for a creatively ambitious designer to take over from our long-term agency and own the visual expression of our brand, campaigns, and customer experience. We’re a B2B tech company, but we want to operate our campaigns like a B2C brand: themed, fast, responsive, and full of punch. Who You Are You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing campaign assets end-to-end, from early concepts to final visuals – sometimes at speed, always with integrity. You’ll join the Commercial team but collaborate across the business, working on projects for our Sales, Product, People, Demand Generation and GTM teams to help shape a brand that’s built for specialty and trusted by industry leaders. We are looking for someone to focus on: Campaign creative execution Work closely with marketing to turn campaign themes and ideas into on-brand, high-impact assets across digital, web, and events - with B2C-level turnaround and B2B precision. Web design and build Use WordPress (Elementor) to create pages that evolve with our message and campaign focus – landing pages and corporate website. Presentation design Build powerful PowerPoint decks that support sales, speakers, and leadership with clarity and polish. Event & speaker engagement graphics Design trade show booths, speaker visuals, and on-site content that reflects the quality of our platform. Video & motion assets Support video content creation and editing for campaigns, demos, and internal storytelling. Fast-turnaround brand delivery Act as the in-house go-to for responsive, high-quality design across all channels - with the speed and flexibility to pivot when needed. Key Responsibilities Deliver campaign assets across digital, web, social, and event channels Build and update web pages using WordPress (Elementor) Design PowerPoint decks for sales, leadership, and speaker engagements Create graphics for trade shows, speaker slots, and branded collateral Support video production and editing for marketing and product content Translate campaign themes into fast-turnaround visual deliverables Collaborate with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and People teams Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all design outputs Qualifications and Skills You have 2 years of experience in a design role You’re confident in WordPress (Elementor) and the Adobe Creative Suite Consider Canva as a walk in the park You’ve got a great eye for layout, consistency, and brand alignment You enjoy switching gears - web one day, slides or video the next You’re organised, responsive, and keen to grow fast You care about clarity just as much as creativity Bonus Points For… Experience designing for B2B tech or SaaS Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Creating event graphics or print-ready assets Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Figma, or Canva About Concirrus Concirrus revolutionises underwriting in specialty and commercial insurance with AI-centric solutions that turn hours-long processes into decisions made in seconds.
