Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Provide support to students in their learning, answering questions and offering guidance when necessary.
Collaborate with teaching staff and school administrators to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in education, preferably as a teacher or teaching assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups.
A proactive approach to managing classroom dynamics and promoting a conducive learning environment.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the necessary checks.
