With a strong focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), they aim to nurture curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant EYFS team and help every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for children within the EYFS. Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities. Support children's social and emotional development, fostering confidence and positive relationships. Help prepare and maintain the learning environment and classroom resources. Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to the class teacher. Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to implement individual learning plans. Promote the development of speech, language, and communication skills. Support with lunchtime supervision and outdoor play. The Successful Candidate Will Have A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when needed.
