Summary of the Team Assistant - Family role
Salary: £24,000-£27,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Team Assistant - Family
* Dealing with administrative tasks of opening/closing files
* Scanning and allocating post
* Communicating with lawyers
* Managing electronic documents ensuring documents are organised
* Managing document release requests
* Diary and inbox management
* Financial tasks
Requirements for a successful Team Assistant - Family
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of a law setting
