The Paid Media Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands, driving customer acquisition, retention, and measurable business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading end-to-end paid media campaigns across social and search
• Owning multi-channel budget allocation with a 7-figure spend to maximise ROI
• Partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
• Translating performance data into actionable insights and growth strategies
• Managing and developing a Performance Marketing Executive
What We’re Looking For
• Proven expertise across paid social and paid search (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Ideally Paid Media background with Fashion e-commerce or Agency side, but must have e-commerce experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimisation
• Experience managing significant budgets in a fast-paced ecommerce or retail environment
