What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Administrator, you'll be working within the Business Support team, supportibg the Business Support Manager with process integration and improvement, governance, risk management, project delivery, finance, stakeholder management, lessons learnt, continual improvement, reporting, quality assurance.
Your day to day will include:
* Conducting and promoting collaboration internally and externally to Applied Digital Services / Kier ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, supporting with the identification and response to risks at all levels delivering strategic and project objectives on time and within scope
* Assisting in creating and implementing governance frameworks within ADS such as the Integrated Management System (IMS). Monitor and enforce governance frameworks such as the IMS.
* Identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains such as month end and project delivery / reporting, collaborating with teams, enhancing productivity and optimising processes, driving the adoption of best practice in project delivery, management, and governance, identifying key stakeholders, analysing and building / maintaining relationships, liaising between departments throughout the business and project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder expectations and project requirements are defined and managed
* Overseeing the learning and development activities for the Applied Digital Services Team, checking that all training is identified and completed within budget and a reasonable timeframe, all training must be approved and booked inline with the correct process and reported to the necessary stakeholders at regular intervals

* You have a high level of experience in business administration, project management, or a related area, effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Hold the capacity to identify and solve complex business challenges through innovative thinking and strategic planning, demonstrate high-level organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
* Bring an understanding of financial management to oversee budgets, financial planning, and commercial decision-making, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
