The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for mixology, a friendly manner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Taking drink orders and serving guests with efficiency and accuracy.
* Preparing and crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and our menu.
* Demonstrating knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
* Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
* Handling cash transactions and accurately processing payments.
* Engaging with customers, building rapport, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
* Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy and reputable establishment is preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and listening skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
