Coventry, Warwickshire – Up to £52,000 OTE (on‑target earnings). Full Time.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Coventry cluster, covering Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Kenilworth, and Leamington Spa. You will travel in a fully equipped RAC van, working on a planned schedule; your day starts with a clear digital schedule, and each job is pre‑booked.
* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In‑depth repairs normally completed in a workshop
* Member advice and recommendations based on inspection
* Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
There are no reactive callouts; you focus on doing the job properly with full preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
You should also be excellent at communicating and working with members, providing reassurance and clarity. Independence, problem‑solving, and variety are key.
