Role: Customer Service Advisor

Summary
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will deliver first class professional customer service, using a range of communication methods to ensure customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all telephone calls are answered within a set time frame, dealing with telephone
2. Requests from our network of customers
3. Schedule appointments for Warranty call outs, servicing and repairs
4. Respond to written enquiries in a professional and timely manner
5. Be an enthusiastic advocate for Viessmann products and brand, using product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer experience and loyalty
6. Accurately record customer data in accordance with legal requirements under the Data Protection Act
7. Support the Customer Service Supervisor with any other administrative duties, as required in the context of the role
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
8. Experience working in an environment where customer service is paramount
9. A proactive approach to building relationship internally & externally
10. Excellent communication skills and telephone manor
11. A self-starter and disciplined lone worker yet able to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit
12. Confident in dealing with telephone and email queries
13. A natural listener and problem solver who is both empathetic and patient
14. Able to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed customers
15. Quick and accurate keyboard skills and experience of using databases
16. IT literate
