We are looking for a Spanish speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor with a passion for providing excellent service to our ecommerce team. Your primary role will be to deliver first-class customer service to current, prospective and new customers via all forms of online customer engagement. You will enjoy working closely with key members of the ecommerce and operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit covering our local online markets.

ROLE & RESPONSILIBITIES:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service by answering customer queries primarily via e-mail, live chat (tbc) and telephone (tbc) for our Spanish online channels
2. Resolving customer queries received through our Spanish ebay, Amazon and ecommerce webshop
3. Resolving and processing of returns, exchanges, and discrepancies within a timely manner
4. Communicate with couriers with outbound / lost / damaged in transit shipments
5. Co-ordinate orders on internal/external systems
6. Co-ordinate with external ecommerce partners

ATTRIBUTES:

7. Fluent in Spanish
8. Computer Skills - Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Zendesk, ebay and Amazon Seller Central experience desired but not essential
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Ability to prioritise, multitask and react quickly to urgent enquiries
12. Ability to communicate well with all internal departments
13. Professional email and telephone manner
14. Confidence to speak to a wide range of customers
15. An interest or knowledge of vehicle car parts is desired
16. Technical experience with e-commerce platforms (desired but not essential)
