Our most successful Kitchen Designers come from a variety of sectors and backgrounds, but they all share one thing in common: they deliver an exceptional ‘Customer Experience’ for both Trade Customers and Homeowners.
Having a Full UK Drivers License and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel locally. (If you are close to taking your test, please still apply.)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).
We offer flexible working hours, which can be discussed at the interview stage.
Whats in it for you?

Upon completion, you will earn a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Furniture Design. Our Apprenticeships focus on your development, with study time included in your working week, supported by 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical training to help you progress your career.
3. Salary between £20-24k plus uncapped commission. In your first year, you could earn an OTE of £30k. Our top earners make over £60k!

What experience do you need?

* You’ll have a friendly, outgoing personality, with the energy and motivation to succeed. Being a self-starter, you’ll also enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues.
What will I be doing?
* Building strong relationships with Traders and Homeowners, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
* Producing accurate plans and quotes for homeowners to create their ‘perfect’ kitchen, while keeping trade customers updated.
* Using CAD and your creative flair to ask insightful questions, design dream kitchens, and secure sales.
* Developing a network of customers to meet targets and working closely with external Sales Reps.
* Visiting customers’ homes or building sites to draw up and present inspiring designs on CAD.
* Ensuring safety policies are adhered to, prioritizing the safety of colleagues and customers.
