Job Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of Connex One / Connex AI dialler: campaigns, queues, workflows & rules.
* Real-time performance optimisation: list penetration, recycle rules, time-to-call strategies.
* Data-driven reporting: contact rate, SPH, conversion, and abandonment analysis.
* Compliance leadership: DNC, consent management, and regulatory best practices.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed performance KPIs.
Skills / Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on dialler experience – Connex One or Connex AI is a must.
* A proven track record in outbound sales or retention campaign optimisation.
* Strong Excel and data handling skills – including file mapping and analysis.
* Commercially minded, calm under pressure, and a confident communicator.
