Role title: Band 2 Administrator Salary: £25,272 per annum (comparable to NHS AFC Band 2) Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Full and part time hours available Based: Morpeth, with the flexibility to travel and work from other locations within Northumberland, as necessary About the Role The post holder will work within the NHS Talking Therapies service and is required to provide a full range of administrative support to the service. The ideal candidate must have good experience of MS office, word and excel and must possess previous experience in administration roles, including scheduling and working in a fast paced environment. On a daily basis you will be dealing with clients in person and via the telephone, therefore excellent communication skills are required. The successful candidate will have a good level of education with solid numeracy and literacy skills. We are looking for a confident individual, who has an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail. NHS Talking Therapies Northumberland is a partnership between Mental Health Matters and Sunderland Counselling Service; two local and national providers of psychological therapies with a strong track record of success.
