Responsibilities:
* Answer customer questions about the menu, restaurant, and policies
* Handle customer concerns and notify management when needed
* Assist guests with special requests (highchairs, accessibility seating, etc.)
* Warmly greet guests as they arrive
* Manage the seating chart and guide guests to their tables
