Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are representing an international law firm in their search for an Employment Associate (2-6 PQE) to join their highly regarded employment team. The Team:
You will be joining a recognised employment team known for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice to a wide range of clients. The team acts for national and international corporates, SMEs and public sector organisations across a variety of sectors.

The Role:
This is a broad respondent-focused role, offering exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters. You can expect to:
* Advise employer clients on a full range of employment law issues
* Manage and support Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
* Provide day-to-day HR and strategic advisory support
* Assist with corporate support work, including employment aspects of transactions
* Draft and review employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE in employment law
* Strong experience advising employer/respondent clients
* Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Commercial and pragmatic approach
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Keen to develop their career within a supportive team
