1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
2. Recent classroom experience (within the last 5 years)
3. Strong behaviour management and a positive, proactive approach
4. Ability to create engaging, inclusive lessons
5. Confidence working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (your preference weed!)
