Position Overview
As the Sales Operations Specialist, you manage the sales operation desk and act as the primary focal point for external and internal customers. You are the backbone of the sales process for the assigned region, coordinating with sales, product development, finance, production, quality control and customer support to ensure the back‑office sales process is handled end‑to‑end.
Responsibilities

* Manage the back‑office sales process end‑to‑end (Quote to Cash).
* Handle order management and fulfilment: quote entry, order entry & scheduling, pricing integrity, financial issues, RMAs, demo management, and Pay or Return processes.
* Enforce Cellebrites policies and procedures, acting as gatekeeper and taking corrective action when needed.
* Follow up on collection of past‑due invoices.
* Execute delivery of products to customers.
* Oversee license renewals, support the Sales Directors, serve as point‑of‑contact for operational/logistical issues, and generate reports for the Sales Directors.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations professional.
* Experience with order management, shipment handling, and extensive interaction with Sales Directors and customers.
* Proficient with Salesforce (or similar CRM); advanced Excel skills are a plus.
* Academic degree preferred but not required.
* Adaptability and pro‑active ownership of the end‑to‑end back‑office sales process.
* Strong people skills and collaboration; enjoy interacting with team members and customers.
* Effective multitasking and ability to work under high pressure.
