About the Role:
WINNER Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, compliance, and candidate care. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advertise vacancies using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
2. Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
3. Conduct CV searches on job boards and internal databases
4. Carry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidates
5. Support candidates through the onboarding process
6. Ensure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentation
7. Conduct driving compliance checks, where applicable
8. Liaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placement
9. Regularly review recruitment needs with the Account Manager
