What you will do:
1. Provide high-standard podiatric care to maintain tissue viability, mobility, and independence for high-risk patients or those with acute infections, through assessment, diagnosis, and care plan development.
2. Prioritise and supervise your own workload as a senior practitioner.
3. Support junior staff, students, apprentices, and support workers, acting as a mentor and guide.
4. Organise and plan daily operations of podiatry clinics, including assessing new patients and serving as a primary contact for clinical or admin issues.
5. Ensure effective resource use, proper maintenance of equipment, and adequate stock levels.
6. Undertake line management responsibilities for lower band staff, support workers, and apprentices.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration is essential.
* A full driving licence is required to manage workload across various locations.
