Be mentored by an experienced Year Lead, gaining insight into lesson planning and behavioural psychology. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) To maintain the high standards of this school's KS2 department, candidates must possess: Qualifications: A certified Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR a University Degree (ideally in Education, English, Maths, or Psychology). Core Skills: Strong GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths are essential to support the KS2 curriculum. Relevant Experience: At least 6 months of experience working with children aged 5-11 (this can include classroom experience, tutoring, sports coaching, or youth work).
