The RoleAs the successful Accountant, you will be responsible for:
* Preparation of timely monthly and management reporting;
* Maintaining strong financial controls across the business;
* Bank reconciliations and cash management activities;
* Partnering with operational leaders across the organisation;
* Supporting debtor management and cash collection processes;
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and finance system optimisation, particularly across Sage.
The Person:The successful Accountant will meet the following criteria:
* Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent);
* Strong management accounting and financial control experience;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset;
* Experience working with Sage or similar finance systems highly desirable.
