Youll be joining a business where tradition meets technology and where marketing has a powerful story to tell.A Typical Day in the JobAs a Digital Marketing Apprentice, youll play a key role in telling the A.W. Hainsworth story and connecting their historic brand with modern audiences.
Youll:Help plan and create engaging content for social media platformsAssist with email marketing campaigns and customer newslettersSupport website development and updatesContribute to promotional and branding campaignsWork with the team on visual and written brand contentAttend exhibitions, shows and industry events to represent the brand and capture contentFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.Desired Qualities, Skills and KnowledgeA real passion for marketing, creativity, and storytellingA positive attitude and eagerness to learnConfident, outgoing, and comfortable representing the brand externallyStrong communication and organisational skillsMust have a valid drivers license (for event attendance and travel)A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this roleSalary, Hours & BenefitsSalary: £15,000 £17,000 per annumHours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week25 days holiday + bank holidays (no requirement to take leave on bank holidays)Flexible working arrangementsOnsite counsellor and wellbeing supportHealth and wellbeing benefitsThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing.
