Health Care Assistant (HCA) – Primary Care Frome Valley Medical Centre
* Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (within practice opening hours)
Mon–Wed & Fri: 07:30–18:30
Thu: 07:30–20:00
* Salary: Up to £28,450 per annum pro rata (£14.59/hour), depending on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly and dedicated nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and patient-centred general practice serving a diverse population of approximately 14,500 patients.
About the Role:
You will work alongside a dynamic team of nurses, HCAs, and a phlebotomist delivering a wide range of services including:
* Chronic disease management
* Enhanced primary care services
* Health promotion and screening activities
