Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Coalville site. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, prioritise, and dispatch orders in line with delivery schedules, ensuring customers receive the correct products on time. Receipt incoming goods into stock, handling all items with care, precision, and in line with quality and safety standards. Load and unload vehicles, including handling palletised goods and unloading containers efficiently and safely. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organised at all times. Replenish stock and consolidate inventory to maintain an organised warehouse and support operational demand. Carry out general warehouse duties, including labelling, preparing goods for shipment, and supporting day-to-day operations. Complete required documentation accurately and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects to support continuous improvement. Required Experience: Experience operating Counterbalance, PPT & VNA is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment. Good communication and team working skills. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Hours : 06:00hrs - 14:30hrs, any 5 out of 7 Days. Overtime : Overtime (Monday-Friday) paid at an enhanced rate of £15.95 per hour. Enhanced rates for working weekends. Rest day working paid.
