For the successful FLT Driver, our client is offering:
1. Competitive salary of £15.15 P/H
2. Shifts available 6 pm – 4.30 am Mon-Thurs, or 6 pm – 2.30 am Mon-Friday. OR
3. Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday/ Week 2- Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
4. Temp - perm role
5. Free on-site parking

The Role - FLT Driver;
7. Work as a team to achieve all warehouse operations in a safe and timely manner.
8. Ensure MHE checks and battery care at all times.
9. Contribute towards housekeeping, ensuring My Space is adhered to.
10. Ensure relevant trace information is maintained throughout.
11. Report any non-compliance to Supervision.
12. Report hazards, near misses, and accidents to the Supervision team immediately.
13. Quality check goods in and loading orders for damages, accuracy, quantities, etc.
14. Check the condition of each trailer in accordance with the VLC1 form.
15. Safely operate the wrapping machines as and when required.
16. Assist the shift Supervision or warehouse Management team with any required duties.
17. Keep the yards clean, tidy and organised.
18. Follow company policies and procedures, i.e. Health & Safety, Hygiene, ISO 9001.
19. Ensure good communication with Colleagues/all Leaders/Operators
20. Be prepared to work anywhere within the Warehouse Department.
21. Contribute to keep all areas of the factory clean, i.e., Production area, canteen & toilets
22. Carry out any reasonable task requested by management.
What our client is looking for in an FLT Driver;
23. Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
24. Confident/experienced FLT Driver - ESSENTIAL
25. Counterbalance/ Reach in date licences- ESSENTIAL
26. Bendi/ Flexi/ Aislemaster licence- DESIRABLE
27. Must understand this is not just an FLT role, especially in the beginning
28. Must be happy to train on days for around 5 full days
29. Good computer literacy and numeracy skills
30. Be able to understand both written & verbal instructions.
31. Working knowledge of NAV or similar MRP software.
