What are the main responsibilities of the job role?
* Generate achievable production schedules (materials, labour, capacity aligned)
* Support 98.5% customer service KPI
* Ensure planned volume does not exceed shelf‑life cover
* Minimise changeovers (grouping allergens, sizes, fruit types, etc.)
* Gain manufacturing agreement on weekly plan
* Update Inventory Reports with service‑risk SKUs and root causes
* Control finished goods and intermediate stock levels
* Review materials exception reports and report service impact
* Build and maintain relationships with main stakeholders within the business
