Helpdesk Operative - Immediate Start \n\nHelpdesk Operative Duties: \n\nReceive engineering job requests via phone from other employees or the public \n\nLog, prioritise, and dispatch jobs to appropriate engineering teams \n\nLiaise with field engineers to provide updates and support throughout job \n\nMaintain clear, accurate records in maintenance management system \n\nProvide clear handover reports during shift changes \n\nHelpdesk Operative Requirements: \n\nExperience in a helpdesk, control room, or engineering support environment \n\nStrong communication and decision-making skills \n\nComfortable working in a high-pressure setting \n\nProficient using microsoft office \n\nThis is an ongoing role following the below shift pattern: \n\n1 week of 4 days \n\n1 week of 3 days & 3 nights \n\n1 week of 4 nights \n\n1 week off \n\nAbout us:\n\nDaniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality, temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment.
