We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to join a well-established, market-leading business within the manufacturing and distribution sector. The role
As part of the Commercial Team, you’ll support and manage key customer accounts, ensuring they receive first-class service and support. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues while developing your own customer base and commercial understanding.
Responsibilities include
* Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Handling enquiries, processing orders, and monitoring stock levels
* Liaising internally between departments to meet customer requirements
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase value
* Preparing and sharing market updates and product information with customers
* Supporting the Area Sales Manager with commercial reporting and project work
* Visiting customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs (pool cars available)
* Working proactively to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
About you
* Experience in customer service, account management, or a commercial support role
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers at all levels
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to work
* A genuine interest in understanding technical products and how they benefit customers
* The ambition to develop a long-term career in a commercial or sales environment
* A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge
* Confidence using MS Office and business systems (training provided where needed)

Pay: £33,000 - £35,000 OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
