About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated CRM Officer to join our Digital and Communications team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing a joined‑up customer journey. You will manage and automate emails and SMS, craft engaging content, and optimise strategies.

* Analyse and optimise email/SMS performance and strategy
Qualifications
* Experienced in CRM or digital communications
* Passionate about audience engagement
* Strong analytical and optimisation skills
