Job Title: Systems Design Integrator
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 Days a week in the office

They will report to the Chief Mechanical Engineer and will provide expertise in Systems Design Integration, responsible for problem resolution, defining requirements, designing and integrating products, physical & functional systems, and product systems. They will perform technical analysis and verify products and systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
* Authoring, reviewing, and verifying Marine and Mechanical designs for power distribution systems.
* Designing systems using Systems Engineering principles, including Robust Design tools and techniques.
* Resolving problems, including root cause investigations, problem reports, SARs, and quality investigations.
* Managing system-level requirements and planning product changes and technical investigations.
* Verifying system compliance and ownership of standardization reports.
* Communicating effectively across all levels and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate Profile

* Hold a degree or equivalent in engineering with experience in design techniques.
* Have strong mechanical design knowledge and understanding of cross-disciplinary concepts such as manufacturing, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and analysis.
* Be capable of logical and innovative problem-solving, making balanced decisions.
* Possess knowledge of product integrity, liability, and certification frameworks.
* Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advantages include being a Chartered Engineer or working towards it, experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter, and designing equipment for naval or similar standards.
