Overview
Join our dynamic Casualty Injury Team! We are looking for talented Paralegals to support our employers liability and public liability (EL/PL) practice. Claims are typically valued up to £100,000 and require a proactive, client‑focused approach. The role offers full training and a supportive environment, allowing you to develop technical expertise, understand the litigation process and build valuable legal connections.
What You Will Do
* Ensure claims progress proactively and efficiently to conclusion.
* Assimilate training and support to develop legal knowledge and manage litigated claims.
* Devise clear case strategies, balancing commercial interests of the firm and clients.
* Deliver work that meets client needs, firm commercial requirements and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other teams and build an internal network of contacts.
* Apply current technical expertise and case law, while maintaining and developing knowledge through training and relevant publications.
* Engage with clients and support business development initiatives to maximise opportunities.
Who You Are
* Paralegals with 0‑1+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with EL/PL experience; alternative backgrounds such as claimant, motor, disease, pre‑litigated defendant, clinical negligence or profin are also welcome.
* Good organisational skills, able to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and meet conflicting demands with a strong work ethic.
* Produce work to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail and concern for service quality.
* Enthusiastic about joining a well‑established Casualty Injury team and building a future with DAC Beachcroft.
