Role HIU commissioning, servicing and repair and fault finding. Installation, commissioning, ad hoc repair and servicing of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems. Smart metering and pay as you go (PAYG) commissioning and ad hoc repairs. Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service. Generating accurate and timely site reports within our CRM system. Participating in manufacturer and in-house CPD training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times. The role may include some working away from home for short periods. The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post. The successful candidate will have NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating - desired Previous plumbing and/or heating experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding would be desirable. Knowledge of PAYG and smart metering is desirable, but not essential. A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.Excellent customer service skills are essential. Good MS Office skills and experience of inputting and updating information in a CRM database is required. Time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
