Site, Maintenance and Lettings Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated team player to join our Site Team, responsible for the safety and general maintenance of the school’s site.
The successful candidate will have high expectations of themselves and others, be a good team player, and be driven by a desire to make a positive impact on students, colleagues, and families within our school community.

Our school is co-educational, starting from September 2024 with Year 7 (boys in Years 8-11) and a coeducational Sixth Form. We have recently refurbished our facilities, including new interactive screens in every classroom, a new heating system, upgraded technology, a revamped food room, a freshly painted school environment, new whiteboards, upgraded sports facilities, an indoor swimming pool, a sports hall, a conditioning centre, all-weather pitches, a MUGA, a football dome, and a new performance and conditioning centre of excellence. Academically, the school has a positive progress measure and above-average student achievement. Our curriculum is well-mapped, and we received a 'good' rating in Ofsted 2021.

The Interview Process
If shortlisted, the interview will assess your suitability for the role and include questions related to safeguarding children and young people.
